JAMJAKE stylus pens are generally compatible with iPad models released from 2018 onward, including iPad 6th-10th gen, iPad Pro 11"/12.9", iPad Air 3rd-5th gen, and iPad Mini 5th-6th gen. They are typically not compatible with pre-2018 models, iPhones, or Android devices.
You do not need an app or a Bluetooth connection. Simply touch or double-tap the top of the stylus pen (depending on your model) to turn it on or off.
If you have previously connected an official Apple Pencil, you must disconnect it first. Go to Settings > Apple Pencil and turn off 'Only Draw with Apple Pencil'. Be sure to turn off your Bluetooth as well so the device defaults to the digital stylus.
