3. Ntuziaka Mgbakọ
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your VIRIBUS Electric Tricycle. For visual guidance, refer to the assembly videos provided.
3.1. Front Wheel Installation
- Carefully remove the front fork from the packaging.
- Install the front wheel onto the fork, ensuring the brake rotor aligns with the caliper. Pay close attention to the sequence of the gasket and nut installation.
- Tighten the nuts securely using the provided wrench.
3.2. Nwụnye Handlebar
- Insert the handlebar stem into the head tube of the frame.
- Align the handlebars and tighten the bolts on the stem securely.
3.3. Rear Mudguards and Basket Installation
- Attach the rear mudguards to the rear frame using the provided screws and brackets.
- Assemble the rear basket by folding its sides and securing them.
- Mount the assembled rear basket onto the rear rack of the tricycle, ensuring it is stable and secure.
3.4. Ntinye pedal

- Thread the pedals into their respective crank arms. The right pedal tightens clockwise, and the left pedal tightens counter-clockwise.
- Use a wrench to fully tighten the pedals.
3.5. Saddle Installation
- Insert the saddle post into the seat tube of the tricycle frame.
- Adjust the saddle height to a comfortable riding position.
- Secure the saddle post by tightening the quick-release lever or bolt.
