Autofocus Operation
Set the Focus Mode Switch to AF. The lens will automatically focus when the camera's shutter button is half-pressed. For faster autofocus in specific situations, utilize the Ngbanwe Ndozi anya to restrict the focus range.
Manual Focus Operation
Set the Focus Mode Switch to MF. Rotate the focus ring on the lens to adjust focus manually. Use your camera's focus peaking or magnification features for precise manual focusing.
Optical Stabilizer (OS)
The Optical Stabilizer helps reduce camera shake, especially useful in low light or when shooting handheld. Set the OS Switch to 1 for general shooting or 2 for panning shots (if available). Turn OS Gbanyụọ when using a tripod or when shutter speeds are fast enough to prevent blur.
Njikwa oghere
The lens features an aperture ring for direct control over the aperture. You can set the aperture to 'A' (Auto) to control it from the camera body, or manually adjust it using the ring. The Aperture Ring Click Switch allows you to enable or disable the click stops for smooth aperture transitions, which is beneficial for video recording.
