1. Mounting the Motor
- Select a suitable location on the boat's transom for mounting. Ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to support the motor.
- Position the transom mount bracket (T-transom mount) on the transom.
- Secure the bracket using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely to prevent movement during operation.
- Attach the trolling motor to the mounted bracket. Use the level lock bracket to secure the motor in place.

- Connect the negative (-) black cable from the motor to the negative (-) terminal of the battery.

- Adjust the depth collar to ensure the propeller is submerged to the desired depth, typically at least 6 inches below the water surface.

2. Using the Wireless Remote Control
The wireless remote control allows for steering and speed adjustments.

Remote Control Pairing (Wireless Control Reset Key)
If your wireless remote control loses connection or needs to be re-paired:
- Ensure the motor is connected to a power source.
- Locate the wireless control reset key/button on the motor head (often near the battery display).
- Press and hold the reset key for approximately 3-5 seconds until an indicator light on the motor or remote flashes.
- Immediately press any button on the remote control. The indicator light should stop flashing, confirming successful pairing.
