Before first use, fully charge the earphones and the charging case. Place the earphones into the charging case. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging case and a power source. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status.

- Nhicha: Regularly wipe the earphones and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
- Nchekwa: When not in use, store the earphones in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Nguzogide mmiri: The earphones are waterproof (IPX rating not specified, but generally means splash-proof). Avoid submerging them in water or exposing them to heavy rain. Dry them thoroughly if they get wet.
