5. Operating Instructions (Mineral Excavation)

Follow these steps to carefully excavate the hidden minerals:

  1. Initial Digging: Use the wooden hammer and chisel to gently chip away at the digging block. Start from the edges or corners and work your way inwards. Apply light, controlled taps with the hammer on the chisel.
  2. Locate Minerals: As you dig, you will begin to see glimpses of the minerals. They will have a different texture and color than the surrounding block material.
  3. Careful Excavation: Once a mineral is located, proceed with extra care. Use the chisel to gently remove the material around the mineral. Avoid striking the mineral directly with the hammer or chisel, as this could damage it.
  4. Kpochapụ irighiri ihe: Use the brush to clear away loose dust and debris, revealing more of the mineral. This also helps prevent scratching the mineral during excavation.
  5. Remove and Clean: Once a mineral is sufficiently exposed, carefully pry it out of the block. You may need to use the chisel to gently loosen it. After removal, use the brush to clean any remaining block material from the mineral.
  6. Observe and Identify: Use the magnifying glass to examine the unique characteristics of your discovered minerals. Note their color, shape, texture, and any patterns.
  7. Store Your Treasures: Place your newly discovered minerals into the provided fabric pouch for safekeeping.
