- Jiri ihe +/- buttons or rotate the central dial on the power base to select your desired temperature. The digital display will show both the current water temperature and the set temperature.

1-Hour Keep Warm Function
- After reaching the set temperature, press the Jide button (thermostat icon) to activate the 1-hour keep warm function. The kettle will maintain the set temperature for up to 60 minutes.

- To activate the brew timer, long-press the Jide button. The display will show a 3-second countdown before starting the timer.
