This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your HASWING Cayman 50700-137B Electric Trolling Motor. Designed for both saltwater and freshwater use, this 12V, 55LB thrust motor features a 54-inch shaft and comes with a remote control for versatile navigation. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use.

Carefully unpack all components and verify against the packing list. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before proceeding with installation.
2.2. Mounting the Trolling Motor
The Cayman 50700-137B is a bow-mount trolling motor. Securely attach the motor to the bow of your boat using appropriate hardware. Ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to support the motor's weight and thrust.

2.3. Njikọ batrị
Connect the motor to a 12V deep cycle battery (1x 105AH recommended). Ensure correct polarity: red to positive (+), black to negative (-). Use appropriate marine-grade connectors and ensure all connections are tight and secure.

2.4. Ntinye Propela
Install the three-blade propeller onto the motor shaft. Align the drive pin with the shaft hole and the cross-shaped groove of the propeller. Secure it with the provided stainless steel washer and nut. Tighten the nut firmly, but do not overtighten to avoid damage.

2.5. Ime njikwa njikọ
To pair the 2.4G wireless remote control with the motor:
- Ensure the motor is connected to the battery and the shaft is vertical.
- Press and hold the 'Turtle' (speed down) button on the remote and the 'Magnifying Glass' button on the motor's control panel simultaneously for 5 seconds.
- You will hear three beeps, indicating a successful connection. Release both buttons.

3. Ntuziaka ọrụ

The wireless remote control allows for precise command of your trolling motor:
- Gbanyụọ/ Gbanyụọ: Press the designated button to activate or deactivate the motor.
- Njikwa ọsọ: Use the 'Speed Up' and 'Speed Down' buttons for variable speed adjustments.
- Nduzi: Utilize the 'Turn Left' and 'Turn Right' buttons for directional control. The motor offers 360-degree electric steering.
- Ọsọ zuru oke: A dedicated button provides instant maximum thrust.
- Reboot Key: Use this button to reset the remote connection if needed.
3.2. Mgbanwe omimi
The motor features an adjustable depth collar on the cast aluminum alloy shaft. Loosen the collar, adjust the motor to the desired depth, and then securely tighten the collar to prevent movement during operation.
3.3. Stow and Deploy
To deploy the motor, release the latch and carefully lower the motor into the water. To stow, lift the motor out of the water and secure it in the stowed position using the lift handle and latch mechanism.

4.1. Propeller Care
Regularly inspect the propeller for weeds, fishing line, or damage. Clean the propeller after each use, especially in weedy areas. Replace damaged propellers immediately to maintain efficiency and prevent further motor damage.
4.2. Shaft and Motor Housing
After each use, especially in saltwater, rinse the shaft and motor housing with fresh water to remove salt and debris. Inspect for any signs of corrosion or wear. Apply a marine-grade protective spray if necessary.

Ensure your 12V deep cycle battery is properly charged before each outing. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use and keep terminals clean and free of corrosion.
