Always follow these basic safety precautions when operating your natural gas grill:

2. Natural Gas Connection
This grill is designed exclusively for natural gas. It must be connected to a plumbed natural gas supply line. Do not attempt to convert this grill for use with liquid propane or any other fuel type.
- Ensure the natural gas supply valve is in the OFF position.
- Connect the grill's flexible natural gas hose to your home's natural gas supply line. Use appropriate tools to ensure a secure, leak-free connection.
- Perform a leak test: Apply a soapy water solution to all gas connections. Open the gas supply valve. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Close the gas valve immediately and tighten connections. Repeat until no bubbles are present.

- If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the control knob to OFF, wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the ignition process.
- Once the first burner is lit, you can light adjacent burners by turning their control knobs to the desired setting.
2. Temperature Control and Sear Zone
The grill features precise temperature control and a dedicated Sear Zone for high-heat cooking.
- Standard Cooking: Adjust individual burner control knobs to achieve desired temperatures. The digital thermometer provides an accurate reading of the internal grill temperature.
- Mpaghara Seaar: To activate the Sear Zone, turn the dedicated red Boost Burner knobs to their highest setting. This provides concentrated high heat for searing meats, creating flavorful crusts.

3. Isi nri
The porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates retain heat evenly for consistent cooking. Utilize the warming rack for keeping food warm or toasting buns.

2. Grease Management System
The grill features a grease management system with stainless steel Flavorizer Bars, a large drip pan, and a removable grease tray. Regularly inspect and clean these components to prevent flare-ups and maintain grill performance.
- Flavorizer Bars: Scrape off any accumulated grease or food particles.
- Drip Pan and Grease Tray: The grease tray slides out for quick and easy cleaning. Empty and clean the grease tray regularly.

Clean exterior surfaces with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can damage the finish. The cast-aluminum cookbox is designed to resist rusting and peeling.
