The dedicated media control knob can be used to adjust volume. Rotate clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease volume, and press to mute/unmute.

7.1 Okwu Njikọta
- Mara: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and your device. Try a different USB port or cable.
- 2.4 GHz Wireless: Verify the dongle is properly inserted and the keyboard is set to 2.4GHz mode. Try re-pairing by pressing Fn + 4 for 3 seconds.
- Bluetooth: Ensure the keyboard is in Bluetooth mode and discoverable. Remove the keyboard from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair. Try pressing Fn + 1/2/3 for 3 seconds to switch between Bluetooth profiles.
