4. Press the Rotisserie icon on the control panel to activate the rotation.
5. Monitor cooking through the glass window. Use the removal tool to safely extract the hot rotisserie.

Dehydration Function:

Use this function to dehydrate fruits, vegetables, herbs, or spices for healthy snacks.

1. Arrange thinly sliced food items on the mesh trays.
2. Place the mesh trays inside the oven.
3. Select the Dehydration preset. The appliance will operate at a low temperature for an extended period.
4. Check food periodically until desired dryness is achieved.
