Before initial use, fully charge the printer. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the printer's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The indicator light will show charging status.

3.2.1 Installing Roll Paper

  1. Press the two release buttons on either side of the printer simultaneously to open the top cover.
  2. Remove any existing paper roll or protective paper.
  3. Unwrap a new thermal paper roll and ensure the printing side (usually smoother) is facing the print head.
  4. Place the paper roll into the designated slot.
  5. Pull a small section of paper out, ensuring it is straight and aligned with the paper exit slot.

3.2.2 Installing Folded Thermal Paper Sheets
