Preparing the Workpiece
- Inspect the wood for foreign objects (nails, screws) and remove them.
- Ensure the workpiece dimensions are within the planer's capacity (max. 330 mm width, 153 mm height).
Adjusting Planing Depth
The planing depth can be precisely adjusted using the hand crank. The maximum material removal per pass is 3 mm.
- Turn the hand crank to raise or lower the planing head.
- Refer to the depth adjustment scale to set the desired material removal.

- Collect the planed material from the outfeed table.

Blade Replacement/Reversal
The Einhell TE-SP 330 uses two sharp, reversible planer blades. When one edge becomes dull, the blades can be reversed to use the second edge. Eventually, blades will need replacement.
- Disconnect the planer from the power supply.
- Access the blade drum according to the machine's design (refer to specific diagrams in the full manual if available).
- Carefully loosen the blade clampkposara.
- Remove the dull blades. If reversing, flip them to the unused edge. If replacing, insert new blades.
