The RK-K8 keyboard features a built-in 4000mAh rechargeable battery. For optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge the keyboard before its first use.

  1. Connect the provided Type-C end of the coiled cable to the keyboard's USB-C port.

  3. The keyboard's indicator light will show charging status. Once fully charged, the light will change or turn off, depending on the model.

The RK-K8 can connect to up to three Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

  1. Toggle the switch on the keyboard to the "BT" position.

  1. Using the keycap puller, gently remove the desired keycap.
  2. Using the switch puller, carefully grip the switch from its top and bottom clips and pull it straight up to remove it from the PCB.
  3. Align the pins of the new 3-pin mechanical switch with the holes on the PCB. Ensure the pins are straight.
  4. Gently press the new switch into place until it clicks securely. Do not force it to avoid bending pins.
