Image: Important notice regarding the removal of Z-axis securing screws using a hex wrench, emphasizing proper angle to prevent stripping.

Critical Note: Ensure the hex wrench is inserted at a 90-degree perpendicular angle to the screw head and rotate gently. Improper alignment may result in screw head stripping, making the screws difficult to remove. If stripping occurs, refer to the troubleshooting section or contact support.

  3. Njikọ ike: Connect the power cable to the printer and a suitable power outlet.
  4. Ike izizi: Turn on the printer using the power switch. The touchscreen will guide you through the initial setup process, including network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
  5. Na-ebunye eriri: Follow the on-screen instructions to load the filament. Place the spool on the holder and feed the filament into the extruder until it is automatically pulled in.
  6. Automatic Bed Leveling: The Adventurer 5M Pro features automatic bed leveling. The printer will perform a pressure-sensing calibration to ensure a flawless first layer. No manual adjustments are typically needed.

5.2 Ndakọrịta Ihe

The Adventurer 5M Pro supports a wide range of filament types due to its 280°C full-metal direct extruder:

  • Polylactic acid (PLA)
  • ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
  • PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol)
  • ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate)
  • TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)
  • Polycarbonate (PC)
  • PLA-CF (PLA Carbon Fiber)
  • PETG-CF (PETG Carbon Fiber)

  • Nozzle Cleaning (Cold Pull): Heat the nozzle to the material's melting point, then cool it to 80°C and quickly pull the filament out to remove any residue. Wear heat-resistant gloves. For stubborn blockages, repeat 2-3 times.
  • Nozzle Cleaning (Needle Clearing): Heat the nozzle to the material's melting point. Insert a needle from the top of the extruder and remove any accumulated material.
  • Nozzle Usage Recommendations: Dedicate one nozzle per filament type (especially carbon fiber/PETG). When switching filament with the same nozzle, set a higher temperature than the melting point of the filament inside to perform internal cleaning. Clean nozzles every 1-3 months.
