  1. Iwepu: Carefully remove the panini press from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.

Close the panini press and plug it into a power outlet. The red power indicator light will illuminate. Allow the appliance to preheat for approximately 2 minutes until the green "Ready to Cook" indicator light turns on.

Cooking in Panini Press Mode:

  1. Once preheated, carefully open the lid using the cool-touch handle.
  2. Place your sandwich or food item onto the bottom grilling plate. The floating hinge will adjust to the thickness of your food.
  3. Gently close the lid. Avoid applying excessive pressure, as the weight of the top plate is sufficient for even cooking.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until desired crispness and internal temperature are reached. The green light may cycle on and off during cooking to maintain temperature.
  5. Use a heat-resistant spatula to carefully remove the cooked food.

Cooking in 180° Open Grill Mode:

  1. Ensure the appliance is preheated.
  2. Locate the hinge release lever (red button) on the side of the unit.
  3. Press the hinge release lever and gently push the top plate back until it lies flat, opening the grill to a 180° position.
  4. Place food items (e.g., vegetables, meats, seafood) on both grilling surfaces.
  5. Cook until desired doneness.
  6. After cooking, allow the unit to cool slightly before returning it to the closed position.
