The Lifelong LLEB104 AirBike is designed for home fitness, offering a full-body workout with its moving handles and adjustable resistance. It supports a maximum user weight of 100kg.

Before assembly, ensure all components are present. Refer to the parts diagram for identification.

- Attach the front stabilizer to the main frame using two bolts and washers. Tighten securely.
- Attach the rear stabilizer to the main frame using two bolts and washers. Tighten securely.

- Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) pedals. The left pedal has a reverse thread.
- Screw the Right pedal clockwise into the right crank arm. Tighten firmly with a wrench.
- Screw the Left pedal counter-clockwise into the left crank arm. Tighten firmly with a wrench.
Step 3: Attach Moving Handles
- Connect the left moving handle to the left pivot point on the main frame using the provided bolt and washer.
- Repeat for the right moving handle. Ensure they move freely.
Step 4: Assemble Seat and Back Support
- Attach the seat to the seat post.
- Insert the seat post into the main frame and adjust to the desired height. Secure with the locking knob.
- Attach the back support to the seat post assembly.
Step 5: Install Console
- Connect the sensor wires from the main frame to the console.
- Mount the console onto the console post.

To adjust the seat height, loosen the locking knob on the seat post, slide the seat to the desired position, and re-tighten the knob securely. Ensure your knees have a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
Using the Resistance Knob
The AirBike uses air resistance. The resistance level is controlled by your pedaling speed. Pedal faster for more resistance, slower for less. There is no manual resistance knob to adjust the fan directly.
