- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the port on the charging capsule and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source.

- The charging capsule also supports wireless charging. Place the capsule on a compatible wireless charging pad.

- Close the capsule to complete the reset function.
- Re-pair the earbuds with your device as described in the "Pairing with Your Device" section.
Earbuds Will Not Charge
If your earbuds are not charging, follow these steps:
- Ensure the charging case is charged. The LED on the front should be amber (charging) or green (charged).
- Confirm there is nothing blocking the earbuds from making proper contact with the charging pins inside the case. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case if necessary.
- Insert earbuds firmly into the case. A blinking amber LED on the front of the case indicates that the earbuds are charging.
