- Place both earbuds into the charging capsule. Ensure they are properly seated.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging capsule and a compatible USB power source.
- The indicator lights on the earbuds and/or capsule will show charging status.
- A full charge provides up to 56 hours of total battery life with the charging capsule.

- Open the charging capsule lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (indicator lights will flash).

- Attach the appropriate ear stabilizers to ensure the earbuds remain in place during intense workouts.

Sound Modes (ANC & Awareness)
Switch between Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Awareness Mode to suit your environment.

Both earbuds can be used independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will connect to your device.
