The VTech DM1411 Audio Baby Monitor and Portable Soother is designed to help you monitor and soothe your baby, whether at home or on the go. This dual-unit system provides clear audio transmission and includes a versatile monkey-shaped soother with a night light and various sounds.

- Do not place the baby unit or cords within 3 feet (1 meter) of the crib or playpen.
- Never use extension cords with power adapters.

3. Ntuziaka Nhazi
3.1 Ịchaji nkeji
Both the parent unit and the baby unit (soother) come with built-in rechargeable batteries. For optimal performance, charge both units for at least 12 hours before initial use.
- Connect the small end of the power adapter to the power jack on each unit.
- Plug the large end of the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- The battery indicator on both units will show charging status.

3.2 Placing the Baby Unit
Place the baby unit in your baby's room, ensuring it is within 1000 feet (300 meters) of the parent unit for optimal range and clear transmission.
- Position the baby unit at least 3 feet (1 meter) away from your baby's crib or playpen.
- Ensure the baby unit is on a flat surface or securely attached using its flexible tail.

3.3 Using the Parent Unit
The parent unit is portable and can be carried with you around your home. It features a belt clip for hands-free monitoring.

4. Ntuziaka ọrụ
4.1 Njikwa Nkeji Nne na Nna

- 5-Level Sound Indicator: LED lights on the parent unit visually indicate the sound level detected in your baby's room, even when muted.

4.2 Baby Unit (Soother) Controls
- Soft-Glow Night Light: The monkey's cheeks gently light up. Press the light button to dim or brighten the glow.
- Soothing Sounds & Lullabies: Choose from five gentle lullabies and four soft ambient sounds (including trickling stream and white noise) to help your baby sleep.

- Flexible Tail: The stretchable tail allows you to hook the soother onto stroller handles, doorknobs, or car seats.
