4. Operating Instructions and Exercises
The Strength 1500 offers a wide range of exercises targeting various muscle groups. Always warm up before exercising and cool down afterwards.

The weight stack allows for adjustable resistance. Insert the selector pin into the desired weight plate to select the resistance level. The 75 kg stack provides up to 100 kg of dynamic tension.

Using the Leg Press:
