2. Sealing the Lid (Inner Lid System)

The Universal Pressure Cooker features a traditional inner lid closure system. Follow these steps carefully to ensure a secure seal:

  1. Align the arrow on the lid with the body handle.
  2. Tilt the lid and slide it into the pot.
  3. Turn the lid handle to align it with the body handle.
  4. Place the lid on the pivot.
  5. Squeeze both handles together firmly until the lid is securely sealed. Adjust as needed for a perfect seal.
