This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your CUCKOO CRP-JHR1009F 10-Cup Induction Heating Pressure Rice Cooker. Please read it thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.
The CRP-JHR1009F is designed for versatile cooking, offering 16 menu options including GABA rice, brown rice, glutinous/white rice, nu rung ji, pressure cook, nutritious rice, and multi-cook functions. It features Induction Heating technology for quicker and more efficient cooking, and boasts a high pressure level of 29 PSI (200 KPa) for faster results. The cooker also includes a 304 food-grade stainless steel inner pot with a nonstick coating, an auto-clean function, and a 3-language voice guide (English, Chinese, Korean).

2. Nchekwa nchekwa
- Always ensure the rice cooker is placed on a stable, level surface away from heat sources and water.
- Do not immerse the main body of the rice cooker in water or any other liquid.

4.1 Basic Rice Cooking (White Rice Example)

- Malite isi nri: Press the 'COOK/START' button. The cooker will begin the cooking process.
- Mmecha: Once cooking is complete, the cooker will switch to 'KEEP WARM' mode and emit a sound. Carefully open the lid, stir the rice, and serve.

4.2 Using Different Cooking Modes
Your CUCKOO CRP-JHR1009F offers 16 versatile cooking modes. To select a different mode, press the 'MENU' button repeatedly until the desired mode is highlighted on the display, then press 'COOK/START'. Refer to the detailed recipe book (if included) for specific instructions on each mode.
4.3 Voice Guide Setting
The rice cooker features a voice guide in English, Chinese, and Korean. To change the voice guide language:
- Press the 'MODE' button to enter the language setting mode.
- Use the 'SELECTION' button (often a rotating dial or touch area) to cycle through the available languages.
- Once your desired language is announced, press the 'SET' button to confirm and lock in the language.

5.1 Inner Pot Cleaning
The inner pot should be hand washed with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scrubbers that can damage the nonstick coating. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
5.2 Detachable Inner Lid
The inner lid is detachable for easy cleaning. To remove, gently pull it down and out. Wash it with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry. Reattach by aligning it correctly and pushing it back into place until it clicks.

5.3 Auto-Clean Function
To use the Auto-Clean function, ensure the inner pot is empty and filled with water up to the 'AUTO CLEAN' line. Close the lid, select the 'AUTO CLEAN' menu option, and press 'COOK/START'. The cooker will steam clean its interior, helping to remove odors and residue.
