5.3 Ear Measurement
- Gently remove the probe cover to expose the ear probe.
- Carefully insert the ear probe into the ear canal.
- Press the Switch/Measure button once. The temperature will be displayed within 1 second.

5.4 Object/Room Temperature Measurement
The thermometer can also measure the temperature of objects (e.g., baby bottles) or the ambient room temperature. Refer to the quick user guide for specific instructions on switching to these modes, as the method may vary slightly depending on the firmware version.
5.5 Temperature Unit Conversion (°C/°F)
To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), open the battery cover. Inside the battery compartment, locate a small switch. Toggle this switch to select your desired temperature unit.
