5.3 Setting Reference Points
The device can measure from its front or back edge. Press the Ntụaka button to switch between these two reference points. An icon on the display will indicate the active reference point.

In this mode, the device continuously measures as you move it, displaying the current, minimum, and maximum distances. This is useful for finding the shortest or longest distance to a surface.

After taking a measurement, press the +/- button to enter addition or subtraction mode. Take another measurement, and the device will add or subtract it from the previous result.
