- Gbanyụọ/ Gbanyụọ: Plug the fan into a standard electrical outlet. To turn the fan ON, rotate the speed dial clockwise from the '0' position to your desired speed setting (1, 2, or 3). To turn the fan OFF, rotate the dial counter-clockwise back to the '0' position.
