Ngwa
- Ebe moto: Contains the heating element, fan, and control panel.
- Drying Trays (5x): Stackable, transparent trays for holding food items.
- Ihe mkpuchi: Transparent cover for the top tray.
3. Nhazi

4.1 Preparing Food for Dehydration
- Wash and thoroughly dry all food items.
- Cut food into uniform slices (approximately 0.5 cm to 1 cm thick) for even drying.
- For fruits like apples or bananas, consider pre-treating with lemon juice or a commercial anti-darkening solution to prevent discoloration.
4.2 Trays Na-ebugo
- Arrange food in a single layer on each drying tray, ensuring there is space between pieces for air circulation. Do not overlap food.
- Stack the trays onto the motor base, then place the lid securely on top.

- Plug the dehydrator into a standard electrical outlet.

- Press the start button to begin the dehydration process. The display will show the remaining time.

- Rotate trays if necessary to ensure even drying, especially if different foods are on different trays.
- Once food is dried to your preference, turn off the dehydrator and unplug it. Allow the food to cool completely before storing.
