The Gaggia MD15 offers 15 grind settings, from very fine (1) for espresso to coarse (15) for French press or filter coffee. Adjust the grind fineness using the rotary knob on the side of the grinder.
- For Espresso: Select settings 1-5.
- For Filter Coffee: Select settings 6-10.

- Select your desired grind fineness using the adjustment knob.

The digital display allows you to set a specific grinding time or quantity for consistent results. Use the rotary knob to navigate through the timer settings and the START/STOP button to confirm your selection.
