5.2 Adjusting Grinding Level
- Locate the adjustable grinding knob at the bottom of the grinder (the part that dispenses the ground spice).
- Turn the knob clockwise for a finer grind.
- Turn the knob counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
- Test the grind on a surface to ensure it meets your preference before grinding over food.
