The Netcomm IFWA 40 uses a Nano SIM card. Locate the SIM card slot, typically found under the battery cover or in a dedicated tray. Carefully insert your activated Nano SIM card into the designated slot until it clicks into place.

Connect the provided AC power adapter to the Power port on the rear of the router and then plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The Power LED on the front panel should illuminate.

Press the On/Off button on the rear panel to power on the router. Wait for the device to boot up. The Signal bars LED should eventually show signal strength, indicating a successful connection to the 4G LTE network.

To manage settings, access the router's control panel by opening a web browser on a connected device and navigating to att.wirelessinternet or 192.168.0.1. Log in using the default credentials (usually found on the router's label or in the quick start guide).

The router provides a robust Wi-Fi network. Ensure your devices are within range for optimal performance. The dual-band Wi-Fi allows for flexible connection options, with 10 devices per band for a total of 20 Wi-Fi connections.

For quick and secure Wi-Fi connections with WPS-compatible devices, press the WPS button on the side of the router, then activate WPS on your client device within two minutes.

The Netcomm IFWA 40 includes a removable 3000mAh Li-ion battery. In the event of a power outage, the device can operate on battery power for up to 29 hours in standby mode and provide up to 180 minutes of active use time.
