Before operating the SAKI Bread Maker, please read all instructions carefully. Keep the appliance away from water. Do not immerse the unit in liquid. Choose from three loaf sizes: 2-lb (1000gr), 2.5-lb (1500gr), and 3-lb (2000gr). Press the 'SIZE' button to select the appropriate weight for your recipe.
4. Crust Color Selection
Select your preferred crust color: Light, Medium, or Dark. Press the 'CRUST COLOR' button to cycle through the options.

5. Using the Delay Timer (15-Hour)
To set a delayed start, add all ingredients to the pan. Select your program, loaf size, and crust color. Then, use the 'TIMER+' and 'TIMER-' buttons to set the desired delay time (up to 15 hours). Press 'START/STOP' to activate the delay timer. The machine will begin baking at the set time.

6. Homemade Program
The 'Homemade' program allows you to customize each bread-making cycle (Knead, Rest, Rise, Bake) to perfectly adapt to your unique recipes. Adjust the time for each stage using the time adjustment buttons.

7. Nut and Fruit Dispenser
The bread maker features a beep alert with a nut icon to remind you to add nuts and fruits at the optimal time during the kneading cycle. This ensures even distribution without crushing delicate ingredients.
