  • Do not connect the inverter with grid power. A reverse connection of positive and negative terminals is forbidden.
  • Do not overload the inverter. For inductive loads, choose an inverter with a continuous power output 3-7 times higher than your appliance's wattage. For refrigerators, a 10 times higher power inverter is recommended.
  • Always turn off the load first, then turn off the inverter. When powering on, turn on the inverter first, then your loads. This ensures stable output during the initial seconds due to the soft start function.
  • If a red light flashes, it indicates that the input voltage is slightly high.
  • Use only the standard battery cables provided with the inverter to ensure full output capacity. Built-in fuses are for safety; spare fuses are included in the package.

3. Akụrụngwa Ngwaahịa

  • Bipolar High-Frequency Inverter: Equipped with two large high-frequency inductors for energy storage, boosting, filtering, and EMI elimination, enhancing performance and longevity.
  • Mmepụta kwụsiri ike: Features imported high-quality MOSFETs with strong driving capacity and pure copper inductance to filter waveforms, ensuring true pure sine wave AC output. A 2.00mm PCB allows stronger current flow, increasing load capacity. Includes an independent auxiliary power supply.
  • Nchekwa nchekwa zuru oke: Includes protection against over voltage, obere voltage, overload, short circuit, over heat, polarity reverse (fuse), and ground leakage.
  • Powerful Cooling System: Large surface area heat sink and a 96x96mm powerful fan (larger than standard 60x60mm fans) promote efficient air circulation and rapid cooling. The intelligent cooling fan activates when the temperature exceeds 66 degrees Celsius.
  • Ngwa dịgasị iche iche: Four AC outlets are ideal for various electric conversions, powering appliances such as water dispensers, air compressors, refrigerators, coffee makers, and electric motor saws. Suitable for emergency power during blizzards, hurricanes, storms, or outages.

Follow these steps for DC connection:

  1. Remove the hardware (nuts and washers) from the positive and negative studs on the inverter.
  2. Connect the negative battery cables to the black negative terminal on the inverter. If using multiple cables, twist them together for a secure connection.
  3. Connect the positive battery cables to the red positive terminal on the inverter.
  4. Secure all connections with the flat washer, lock washer, and nut, ensuring they are tight and not loose.
  5. Ensure all wires are tight and secure to prevent arcing or poor contact.

For hardwiring, connect the ground (yellow), neutral (black), and hot (red) wires to the corresponding terminals on the terminal block. Always ensure proper wiring and secure connections. After wiring, replace the plastic cover over the terminal block for safety.

4.3. Wired Remote Control

A wired remote control is included for convenient power management. Connect the remote control cable to the designated port on the inverter. The remote allows you to turn the inverter on and off from a distance.

5. Ntuziaka ọrụ

Once the inverter is properly connected to your battery bank and loads, follow these general operating guidelines:

  1. Ensure all loads are initially turned off.
  2. Turn on the inverter using the power switch on the unit or the wired remote control. Allow a few seconds for the inverter to stabilize (soft start function).
  3. Gradually turn on your appliances, starting with lower wattage devices. Monitor the inverter's display for input voltage, mmepụta voltage, na ihe ngosi njehie ọ bụla.
  4. To turn off the system, first turn off all connected appliances, then turn off the inverter.

6. Nlekọta

Mmezi oge niile na-eme ka arụmọrụ kachasị mma na ogologo ndụ nke inverter gị dịgide:

  • Keep the inverter clean and free from dust and debris. Ensure the cooling fan vents are unobstructed to allow proper airflow.
  • Periodically check all electrical connections (DC input, AC output, and grounding) to ensure they remain tight and secure. Loose connections can lead to overheating and reduced performance.
  • Monitor the inverter's operating temperature. The intelligent cooling fan will activate when the internal temperature exceeds 66 degrees Celsius. Ensure the environment allows for adequate heat dissipation.
  • Inspect battery cables for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. Replace damaged cables immediately.

7. Nchọpụta nsogbu

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your inverter:

  • Vol dị alatagmkpu: Ọ bụrụ na ntinye voltage drops to 19.5V-21.5V, the inverter will trigger a low voltage alarm. Recharge or replace your batteries.
  • Vol dị alatage Shut Down: Ọ bụrụ na ntinye voltage drops further to 18.5V-20.5V, the inverter will automatically shut down to protect the batteries. Address the low voltage issue before restarting.
  • Ibu ibu: In case of an overload, the inverter will shut off. Manually reduce the load and restart the inverter.
  • N'ime Voltage Shut Down: Ọ bụrụ na ntinye voltage exceeds 30.5V, the inverter will shut down to prevent damage. Verify your battery charging system.
  • Ọkụ na-acha uhie uhie: A flashing red light indicates that the input voltage is slightly high. Check your battery voltage and charging system.
  • N'ime okpomọkụ: The inverter will shut down if it overheats. Ensure proper ventilation and reduce the load if necessary. The cooling fan should activate when temperatures exceed 66 degrees Celsius.
  • Polarity Reverse Protection (Fuse): The inverter has built-in fuses to protect against reverse polarity connections. If a fuse blows, replace it with a spare fuse of the correct rating.
  • Ground Protection from Leakage of Electricity: The inverter includes ground protection for electrical safety.
