The Hessaire MC92V Evaporative Cooler is designed to provide efficient cooling in various environments. It utilizes high-density XeL50 media, offering 80% more evaporation surface compared to standard media, which contributes to higher evaporation efficiency and lower temperatures. This unit is an evaporative cooler, not an air conditioner, and is most effective in dry climates or open spaces where humidity can be vented.
Atụmatụ gụnyere:
- High-density XeL50 media for enhanced evaporation.
- Direct connect to hose feature for continuous water supply.
- Ideal for outdoor areas; not designed for totally enclosed spaces.
- Molded polypropylene resin construction for a strong, lightweight design.
- Patented axial propeller for energy-efficient air delivery.
- Low operating cost (approximately $0.05 per hour).
- ASDS (Air Swing Delivery System) for maximum coverage.
- 32.8-gallon water tank for 3-4 hours of run time.
- Oscillating design for broad cooling coverage.

Follow these steps to set up your Hessaire MC92V Evaporative Cooler:
- Wepụ ihe nju oyi: While the cooler is still in its box, gently flip the box upside down. Using a box cutter or scissors, cut the tape and open the box to access the bottom of your cooler.
- Wụnye Casters: In the bottom compartment of your cooler, you will find the casters (wheels), screws, and a brass hose adapter. Install the casters onto the cooler by placing the screws into each corner.
- Secure Bottom Panel: Replace the panel back on the bottom of your cooler by attaching the two screws in place.
- Flip and Remove Packaging: Carefully flip the cooler back over and onto its newly installed casters. Pull off any remaining plastic packaging. Retain your user manual for future reference.
- Install Brass Hose Adapter: Install the brass hose adapter by simply turning it clockwise onto the outside fitting located on the back of the unit.
- Njikọ ike: Unwrap the power cord from the cooler and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Jupụta na mmiri: Fill your cooler with water using a pitcher or bucket. Pour the water into the water fill door located on the front of your cooler. Alternatively, connect a garden hose to the brass adapter for continuous water supply.

Your Hessaire MC92V Evaporative Cooler features simple controls for optimal performance:
- Njikwa mgbapụta: Turn the pump switch to 'ON' to activate the water pump. Allow approximately 10 minutes for the media pads to fully saturate with water before turning on the fan.
- Ọsọ onye ofufe: Select your desired fan speed using the fan control dial: 'L' (Low), 'M' (Medium), or 'H' (High). The unit features a powerful axial propeller designed for efficient air throw.
- Oscillation (Swing) Feature: For wider air distribution, turn the 'SWING' switch to 'ON'. This activates the Air Swing Delivery System (ASDS), which oscillates the louvers to cover a larger area.
For best results, ensure adequate ventilation in the area of use. In enclosed spaces, open a window or door to allow for proper airflow and prevent humidity buildup.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your evaporative cooler:
- Ọkwa mmiri: Regularly check the water level in the tank. Refill as needed or utilize the continuous water supply feature.
- Media Pad Cleaning: Periodically inspect the high-density XeL50 media pads for mineral buildup or debris. Clean them gently with water and a soft brush if necessary. For optimal performance, ensure the pads are fully saturated during operation.
- Water Distribution Holes: Over time, the small holes where water drips onto the pads can become clogged. It is recommended to periodically clear these holes. You can use a drill bit of the same size to gently ream them out and then blow out any plastic remnants or mineral deposits with compressed air. This ensures even water flow over the media pads.
- Nchacha izugbe: Debe mpụta nke unit ahụ ọcha site na iji mgbasa ozi hichapụ yaamp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the polypropylene resin.

- Inspect Pump: Verify the water pump is operating correctly. If it's not circulating water, it may need inspection or replacement.
- Clear Distribution Holes: Clogged water distribution holes can prevent even wetting. Refer to the Maintenance section for instructions on clearing these.
- Unit Level: Ensure the cooler is placed on a very level surface. If the unit is not level, water may not flow evenly over all media pads, leading to dry areas and reduced cooling efficiency.
- Reduced Cooling Efficiency:
- Humidity Levels: Evaporative coolers are less effective in high humidity environments. Ensure adequate ventilation by opening windows or doors.
- Clean Media Pads: Dirty or clogged media pads can reduce cooling. Clean or replace them as needed.
- Isi na-adịghị mma:
- New Unit Odor: New media pads, especially those made of corrugated paper, may emit a slight odor when first wet. This typically dissipates after a few uses.
- Stagmmiri nant: Ensure the water in the tank is fresh. Drain and refill the tank if it has been sitting for an extended period.
