Step 4: Adjusting for Monitor Weight (Gas Spring Tension)
The gas spring tension must be adjusted after the monitor is attached to ensure it holds its position. If the monitor sags or springs up, adjust the tension.
- Locate the gas spring adjustment screw on the arm.
- Use the provided Allen key to turn the screw:
