4. Nwụnye
Follow these steps for proper installation of your Akicon kitchen faucet. Ensure the main water supply is turned off before starting.
- Step 1: Insert Hoses and Faucet Shank
Position the deck plate (if using) on the sink or countertop. Insert all hoses and the faucet shank through the hole. - Step 2: Secure Faucet with Gasket and Nut
From underneath the sink, attach the gasket and mounting nut to the faucet shank. Tighten securely to hold the faucet in place. - Step 3: Install the Weight
Connect the spray hose to the faucet. Position the weight 2 to 3 inches up from the loop in the spray hose and secure it in place. - Step 4: Flush Impurities from Pipeline
Before connecting the faucet to the water supply, turn on the main water supply valve briefly to flush any impurities from the hot and cold water lines. Use a bucket to catch the water. - Step 5: Connect Hot & Cold Hoses
Connect the hot and cold water supply lines from the faucet to the corresponding hot and cold water valves. Secure the connections with an adjustable wrench. Turn on the water supplies and check all connections below the deck for leaks.

The single handle controls both water flow and temperature. Move the handle left for hot water, right for cold water, and up/down to adjust the flow rate.
Pull-Down Sprayer Functionality
- The high-arch goose neck spout swivels 360 degrees, providing extensive reach within your sink area.
- The smooth-retract nylon sprayer hose extends up to 12 inches, allowing for extended range and greater workspace.

The sprayer head features two distinct spray modes for various tasks:
- Ụdị iyi: Provides a steady, aerated flow for filling pots and general washing.
- Ụdị ịgbasa: Delivers a wide, powerful blade of water, ideal for sweeping dishes and cleaning the sink.
Easily switch between stream and spray modes by pressing the button on the sprayer head.
