2. Nkwanye: Unfold the massage mat on a flat, stable surface such as a bed, sofa, or floor. Ensure there is enough space around the mat for comfortable use.

4. Ndokwa: Lie down on the mat, ensuring your head is comfortably supported by the reinforced headrest.
