- Nintendo Switch: Before connecting, ensure "Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled in the Switch System Settings.
- Xbox Series X/S: If using a new version Xbox controller, the GameSir VX dongle may require a firmware update. Refer to the GameSir websaịtị for the latest update tutorial. If using an old version controller, ensure it is successfully paired with the Xbox Series X/S console before connecting the GameSir VX. A Type-C cable with data transport function is required for certain connections.
