- Jikọọ eriri Searchcoil:
Wrap the searchcoil cable snugly around the stem, leaving enough slack for searchcoil adjustment. Plug the connector into the receptacle on the control housing. Ensure a firm connection.
- Wụnye Batrị:
Open the battery compartment on the control housing. Insert one 9-volt alkaline battery, observing the correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
- Adjust Armrest and Length:
Adjust the armrest and the overall length of the detector to a comfortable position that allows for a natural swing motion. The armrest should support your forearm without strain.

2. Ịghọta Ngosipụta
The LCD screen provides critical information:
- Target-ID (Fe 23456789): A 9-segment visual indicator that classifies detected metals based on their conductivity. Lower numbers typically indicate ferrous (iron) objects, while higher numbers indicate non-ferrous metals like silver or copper.
- Ihe ngosi omimi: A 6-segment bar graph that estimates the depth of coin-sized objects. The more segments illuminated, the deeper the target.
- Ihe ngosi batrị: Na-egosiputa ndụ batrị fọdụrụnụ.
- Ihe ngosi ụkpụrụ: Shows the currently selected operating mode (Jewelry, Coin, Artifact).

3. Ụdị arụ ọrụ
Pịa MODE button to cycle through the three pre-programmed detection modes:
- Ụdị Ọla: Optimized for detecting rings, necklaces, and other small metallic items.
- Coin Mode: Designed to identify coins and similar metallic objects, often discriminating against iron.
- Artifact Mode: A general-purpose mode suitable for a wider range of metallic objects, including relics.
4. Discrimination and Notch
The F11 allows you to discriminate against unwanted metals. Use the MENU button to access discrimination settings. The + na - buttons adjust the discrimination level or "notch" out specific target IDs. Refer to the display for current settings.
5. Pinpoint Function
Once a target is detected, press and hold the PP (Pinpoint) button. Move the searchcoil slowly over the target area. The detector will emit a continuous tone and the depth indicator will become more precise as you center the coil directly over the target. This helps in accurate recovery.
6. Searchcoil Operation
The 11-inch DD searchcoil provides excellent ground coverage and depth. Swing the searchcoil in a slow, overlapping motion, keeping it parallel to the ground and as close as possible without touching. The waterproof design allows for use in shallow water, but ensure the control housing remains dry.
