    Align the searchcoil with the lower stem. Insert the plastic bolt through the holes in the searchcoil and the lower stem. Secure with the two rubber washers and the plastic nut. Do not overtighten.

  2. Assemble the Stem:

    Connect the lower stem to the middle stem, and then the middle stem to the upper stem. Ensure the spring clips engage securely.

    Slide the control housing onto the upper stem. Adjust its position for comfortable viewing and operation. Secure it with the provided locking collar or screw.

  6. Adjust Armrest and Length:

4. Discrimination and Notch

The F11 allows you to discriminate against unwanted metals. Use the MENU button to access discrimination settings. The + na - buttons adjust the discrimination level or "notch" out specific target IDs. Refer to the display for current settings.

5. Pinpoint Function

Once a target is detected, press and hold the PP (Pinpoint) button. Move the searchcoil slowly over the target area. The detector will emit a continuous tone and the depth indicator will become more precise as you center the coil directly over the target. This helps in accurate recovery.

6. Searchcoil Operation

The 11-inch DD searchcoil provides excellent ground coverage and depth. Swing the searchcoil in a slow, overlapping motion, keeping it parallel to the ground and as close as possible without touching. The waterproof design allows for use in shallow water, but ensure the control housing remains dry.
