Proper installation ensures optimal performance and comfort. Follow these steps to install your clamp kit:

4.1 Mounting the Clamp Nkeji

Ihe clamp unit attaches to the left side of your helmet. You can choose between the clamp type or the glued surface mounting adapter depending on your helmet's design.

The dynamic speakers attach inside your helmet's ear pockets.

  • Remove the cheek pads and any internal lining that covers the ear pockets.
  • Attach the hook and loop fasteners to the back of each speaker.
  • Place the speakers directly over your ears inside the helmet. Use speaker pads (thick) or foam speaker covers if needed to bring the speakers closer to your ears for optimal sound quality and to reduce wind noise.
  • Route the speaker wires neatly under the helmet padding to the clamp otu.

Choose the microphone type that best suits your helmet and riding style.

  • Igwe okwu Boom: Ideal for open-face or modular helmets. Attach the boom microphone to the clamp unit. Position the microphone directly in front of your mouth, ensuring the wind screen is on.
  • Igwe okwu waya: Suitable for full-face helmets. Attach the wired microphone to the clamp unit. Secure the microphone inside the helmet near your mouth using the provided hook and loop fasteners or the boom microphone holder.
  • Wired Boom Microphone: Provides extended reach for specific helmet designs.

5. Ntuziaka ọrụ

Once your clamp kit is installed and your Sena communication system is attached, refer to your specific Sena unit's manual (20S, 20S EVO, or 30K) for detailed operating instructions. However, here are some general functions:

Typically, to power on your Sena unit, press and hold the Jog Dial and Phone Button simultaneously until you hear an audible prompt like "Hello" or see indicator lights.
