2. Ntuziaka nchekwa
Always adhere to the following safety precautions to prevent injury and damage to the appliance:
- Nchekwa Eletriki: Ensure the power supply matches the specifications (230V, 630W). Do not operate with a damaged power cord or plug. Disconnect from power before cleaning or maintenance.
- Ezubere iji: This machine is strictly for commercial vacuum sealing applications. Do not use it for purposes other than its intended design.
- Nkwanye: Place the machine on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Ijikwa: The machine is heavy (approx. 25 kg). Use proper lifting techniques or assistance when moving.
- Nlekọta: Do not leave the machine unattended during operation. Keep children and unauthorized personnel away.
- Nhicha: Do not immerse the machine in water or other liquids. Use a damp akwa maka nhicha .
- Nlekọta: Only qualified personnel should perform repairs or complex maintenance.

4. Nhazi
- Iwepu: Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for potential future transport or storage.
- Nyocha: Inspect the machine for any signs of damage during transit. Do not use if damaged.
- Nkwanye: Position the vacuum sealer on a sturdy, flat, and dry surface. Ensure there is sufficient space around the machine for ventilation and operation.
- Njikọ ike: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet that matches the machine's voltage chọrọ (230V).
- Nhicha izizi: Before first use, wipe down the vacuum chamber and sealing bar with a damp akwa na ncha dị nro. Kpọọ nke ọma.
5. Ntuziaka ọrụ
Follow these steps for effective vacuum sealing:
- Kwadebe ihe: Place the items to be sealed into a suitable vacuum bag. Ensure the bag is clean and dry at the sealing area.
- Mepee mkpuchi: Lift the lid of the vacuum sealing machine.
- Akpa ọnọdụ: Place the open end of the vacuum bag flat across the sealing bar inside the vacuum chamber. Ensure the bag is smooth and free of wrinkles in the sealing area.
- Mechie mkpuchi: Firmly close the lid. The machine will typically begin the vacuum process automatically or after pressing the START button.
- Set Parameters (if needed): Use the control panel (refer to Figure 3.2) to adjust "SEAL TIME" and "VACUUM LEVEL" as required for different food types and bag thicknesses.
- WEP TIMETARA Oge: Adjusts vacuum and seal duration.
- VACUUM LEVEL: Selects desired vacuum strength (Low, Medium, High, Adjustable).
- Akara: Initiates the sealing process manually after vacuuming.
- Malite/Kwụsị: Begins or halts the operation.
- Gbanyụọ/gbanyụọ: Na-agbanye igwe ma ọ bụ gbanyụọ.
- Vacuum and Seal: The machine will evacuate air from the chamber and then automatically seal the bag once the set vacuum level is reached.
- Wepu akpa: Once the cycle is complete, the lid will release. Carefully remove the sealed bag.
6. Nlekọta na nhicha
Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your vacuum sealing machine.
