4. Operation and Programming

The ALLMATIC TECH3 remote control requires programming to your receiver or control unit. There are two primary methods for learning a new transmitter:

Mode 1: Programming via Receiver/Control Unit

Refer to the specific instruction manual for your receiver or control unit. This manual will provide detailed steps on how to put your receiver into "learning mode" to accept new transmitters. Follow the instructions provided with your receiver to pair the ALLMATIC TECH3.

Mode 2: Programming from an Already Learned Transmitter (Remote Learning)

This method allows you to program a new ALLMATIC TECH3 transmitter using an existing, already programmed ALLMATIC transmitter.

  1. Nzọụkwụ 1: Locate the hidden key on an already learned transmitter. This is typically a small hole on the back cover of the remote. Use a thin, pointed object (like a paperclip) to press this hidden key.
  2. Nzọụkwụ 2: Na ọhụrụ ALLMATIC TECH3 transmitter, press the button you wish to program for approximately 2 seconds. The LED on the new transmitter should indicate successful learning (refer to your receiver's manual for specific LED behavior).

IHE: Do not perform Mode 2 programming if the existing transmitter is memorized on multiple receivers located nearby. Performing this procedure in such a scenario could result in the new transmitter being memorized on all nearby receivers simultaneously, which may not be desired.

  • Remote anaghị aza:
    • Check the battery. Replace if necessary (refer to Section 6: Maintenance).
    • Ensure the remote is properly programmed to your receiver (refer to Section 4: Operation and Programming).
    • Verify that the receiver is powered on and functioning correctly.
  • Reduced operating range:
    • The battery may be low. Replace it.
    • There might be excessive interference from other radio frequency devices.
    • Obstructions between the remote and the receiver (e.g., thick walls, metal objects) can reduce range.
    • Consider installing an external aerial for your receiver if range is consistently an issue (refer to Section 5: Technical Specifications for a link).
  • Nsogbu mmemme:
    • Ensure you are following the programming steps precisely, either for your receiver or for remote learning.
    • If using Mode 2 (remote learning), ensure the source transmitter is fully functional and correctly programmed to the desired receiver.
    • Avoid performing Mode 2 programming near multiple receivers to prevent unintended programming.
    • Consult the official ALLMATIC programming guide (link in Section 4) for detailed instructions.
