The TecTake Multi-Station Weight Building Machine requires assembly. Please follow the detailed instructions provided in the included Assembly Instruction Manual. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly due to the size and weight of the components.

5. Operating Instructions and Exercises
The TecTake Multi-Station offers a variety of exercises. Always ensure proper form and adjust weights according to your fitness level.
5.1. Ndozi ibu
To adjust the resistance, insert the pin into the desired weight plate in the weight stack. Ensure the pin is fully engaged before starting your exercise. The machine includes 8 x 4.5 kg and 1 x 3.5 kg individual weights.

5.2. Butterfly Module
The butterfly module is designed for chest exercises. Sit on the bench with your back against the backrest. Grip the handles and push them together in a controlled motion, engaging your chest muscles.

5.3. Leg Stirrup / Leg Running Board
This module allows for leg extensions and leg curls. For leg extensions, sit on the bench, place your shins behind the padded bar, and extend your legs upwards. For leg curls, lie face down (if applicable to your model) or stand and curl your legs. Refer to your manual for specific setup.

5.4. Upper Bar (Lat Pulldown)
Use the upper bar for lat pulldowns. Sit on the bench, grasp the bar with an overhand grip, and pull it down towards your chest, engaging your back muscles. Control the return motion.

5.5. Lower Pulleys and Bar
The lower pulleys can be used for various exercises such as seated rows, bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, and standing biceps curls with the included bar. Attach the appropriate handle or bar to the cable.

- Ensure all bolts and nuts are securely tightened. Refer to the assembly manual for torque specifications if available.
- Verify the machine is placed on a completely level surface. Adjust floor protectors or use shims if necessary.
- Weight Stack Movement is Not Smooth:
- Apply silicone lubricant to the weight stack guide rods.
- Check for any obstructions or debris between the weight plates.
- Inspect the cables and pulleys for proper alignment and smooth operation.
- No Resistance/Cable Slack:
- Ensure the weight pin is fully inserted into the desired weight plate.
- Check cable routing to ensure it follows the path outlined in the assembly manual and is not dislodged from any pulleys.
