1. Okwu mmalite
The KONNWEI KW590 is a universal OBD2 diagnostic scanner designed to assist vehicle owners and technicians in quickly identifying and resolving engine-related issues. This device is compatible with all 1996 and newer OBDII compliant vehicles, including those from the United States, Europe, and Asia. It provides essential diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes, viewing live data, and performing I/M readiness tests.

4.1 Ngwa ngwaọrụ

Follow these steps to connect the KW590 scanner to your vehicle:
- Locate the vehicle's 16-pin Data Link Connector (DLC). This is usually located under the dashboard on the driver's side.

6.1 Ọrụ igodo
- Gụọ Koodu: Retrieves Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from the vehicle's computer. This includes generic (P0, P2, P3, U0) and manufacturer-specific (P1, P3, U1) codes. The scanner displays the DTC definitions directly on the screen.
- Kpochapụ Koodu: Clears DTCs from the vehicle's computer and turns off the Check Engine Light (MIL). This also resets monitors. Ịkpachara anya: Clearing codes without addressing the underlying issue will likely result in the codes reappearing.

The scanner features indicator lights to provide quick status feedback:
- Green ikanam: Indicates that the engine system is running normally.
- Red ikanam: Indicates there are one or more problems with the vehicle's system.

7. Mmelite Software
The KW590 scanner supports lifetime free software updates via the internet. This ensures you have the latest bug fixes and newly added parameters. To update the software:
- Download the update tool from the official KONNWEI website (refer to the website address provided in the original packaging or product documentation).
- Install the update tool on your computer.
- Connect the KW590 scanner to your computer using the provided USB cable.
- Launch the update tool and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the latest firmware onto your device.
8. Data Printing
You can print diagnostic data and reports from your KW590 scanner using a computer. This feature allows you to keep records or share them with a mechanic.
- Ensure the KW590 scanner is connected to your computer via the USB cable.
- Open the KONNWEI update/data management software on your computer.
- Navigate to the data review or print function within the software.
- Select the data you wish to print and follow the software's instructions to generate and print the report.
