2. Surface Burner Operation
The cooktop features sealed burners with varying BTU outputs, including a high-powered 18,000 BTU burner for rapid heating. The continuous grates allow for easy movement of cookware.
- Place cookware on the grate over the desired burner.
- Push in and turn the corresponding burner knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position.
- The igniter will click, and the burner will light. Once lit, release the knob.
- Adjust the flame size by turning the knob between "HIGH" and "LOW" settings.
- To turn off, turn the knob clockwise to the "OFF" position.

3. Oven Operation
