3. Nhazi

3.1 Preparing the Paint Material

  1. Ensure the paint, lacquer, or stain is suitable for spraying. Refer to the material manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Use the provided viscosity measuring cup to check the material's viscosity. If too thick, thin the material according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
  3. Filter the prepared material to remove any lumps or impurities that could clog the nozzle.

3.2 Assembling the Paint Gun

  1. Ensure the paint gun is unplugged from the power supply.
  2. Select the appropriate nozzle for your material and desired spray pattern.
  3. Attach the spray head to the main unit by twisting it securely.
  4. Fill the paint container with the prepared material. Do not overfill.

  2. Maintain a consistent distance and speed for an even finish.
  3. Start spraying off the workpiece and move across, releasing the trigger off the workpiece to avoid overspray and drips.
  4. Apply thin, even coats rather than one thick coat. Allow adequate drying time between coats.

5.1 Immediate Cleaning

  1. Unplug the paint gun from the power supply.
  2. Empty any remaining material from the paint container.

  4. Spray the cleaning solution through the gun until it runs clear.
