Ozi nchekwa
- Read all instructions carefully and completely before attempting installation.
- If you are unsure about any part of the installation process, it is strongly recommended to seek assistance from a qualified motorcycle technician.
- Ensure all fasteners are tightened to the motorcycle manufacturer's recommended torque specifications. Over-tightening or under-tightening can lead to component failure.
- Regularly inspect the frame sliders for any signs of damage, cracks, or excessive wear. Replace immediately if any damage is observed.
- Do not modify the frame sliders or their mounting hardware. Unauthorized modifications can compromise safety and performance.
Ihe ngwugwu
Please verify that all components are present and undamaged before beginning installation. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact your dealer or Evotech Performance customer support.

Setup / Installation Guide
Ngwa achọrọ: Torque wrench, appropriate size sockets/wrenches, thread-locking compound (medium strength, e.g., Loctite 243 - recommended).
Usoro ntinye n'ozuzu:
- Park the motorcycle on a stable, level surface using a paddock stand or center stand. Ensure the engine is cool before proceeding.
- Identify the designated mounting points on the motorcycle frame. Consult your motorcycle's service manual for precise frame bolt locations if necessary.
- Carefully remove the existing frame bolt (if applicable) from the designated mounting point on one side. Work on one side at a time to maintain engine alignment.
- Position the frame slider bobbin, along with any necessary spacers or washers, aligning it with the mounting hole.
- Insert the new mounting bolt supplied with the frame slider through the bobbin and into the frame.
- Hand-tighten the bolt to ensure proper alignment and engagement of threads.
- Apply a small amount of medium-strength thread-locking compound to the bolt threads. Using a torque wrench, tighten the bolt to the motorcycle manufacturer's specified torque setting for that particular frame bolt.
- Repeat the entire process for the opposite side of the motorcycle.
- After installation, double-check that both frame sliders are securely fastened and do not interfere with any motorcycle components (e.g., fairings, handlebars, suspension travel, cables).

Operating / Function
Evotech Performance Frame Sliders are passive protection devices. Once correctly installed, they require no active operation. Their primary function is to absorb impact energy and create a sliding surface during a low-speed fall or slide, thereby reducing direct contact and potential damage to the motorcycle's frame, engine casings, fairings, and other vulnerable components.
Nlekọta
- Nyocha oge niile: Periodically (e.g., every 500-1000 km or before long rides) check the frame sliders for any signs of damage, cracks, deep scratches, or excessive wear. Inspect the mounting bolts for tightness.
- Nhicha: Clean the frame sliders with a mild detergent and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents that may degrade the material or finish.
- Post-Incident Check: After any incident involving a fall, tip-over, or impact, thoroughly inspect the frame sliders and their mounting points. Even if the sliders appear intact, internal damage or stress may have occurred. It is highly recommended to replace frame sliders after any significant impact to ensure continued protection.

Loose Frame Slider
Mgbaàmà: A frame slider feels loose or exhibits excessive movement.
Ihe nwere ike ịkpata: The mounting bolt has loosened over time due to vibration or improper initial tightening.
Ngwọta: Carefully re-tighten the mounting bolt to the motorcycle manufacturer's specified torque. Consider applying a fresh amount of medium-strength thread-locking compound if not already applied or if the previous application has degraded. If the bolt continues to loosen, inspect the threads on both the bolt and the motorcycle frame for damage.
Mkpọtụ na-adịghị ahụkebe
Mgbaàmà: Clicking, rattling, or rubbing noise originating from the frame slider area during motorcycle operation.
Ihe nwere ike ịkpata: Improper installation, loose components, or interference with other motorcycle parts (e.g., fairings, hoses, cables).
Ngwọta: Re-check the installation steps thoroughly, ensuring all components are correctly positioned and tightened. Verify that no parts are touching the frame slider that shouldn't be. Ensure all bolts are tight and that there is adequate clearance around the slider.
