Follow these steps carefully for the proper assembly of your TecTake BBQ Grill. It is recommended to assemble the unit on a flat, stable surface.
- Tinye ụkwụ: Securely attach the three legs to the main barbecue bowl using the provided hardware. Ensure they are firmly tightened.
- Wụnye wiil: Attach the two wheels to two of the legs at the designated points. The wheels allow for easy movement of the barbecue.
- Assemble Ash Catcher: Mount the ash catcher plate and the ash collection bucket beneath the main bowl. This system facilitates easy ash disposal.
- Place Grates: Insert the charcoal grate into the bottom of the barbecue bowl, followed by the chrome-plated cooking grate on top.
- Tinye aka mkpuchi: Secure the handle to the lid using the provided screws.
- Lid Vent Assembly: Ensure the adjustable air vent on the lid is correctly assembled and moves freely to control airflow.

Follow these guidelines for safe and effective grilling with your TecTake BBQ Grill.
- Charcoal Preparation: Place charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal on the charcoal grate. For best results, use a charcoal chimney starter to ignite the charcoal evenly.
- Mgbanye: Ignite the charcoal. Once the charcoal is covered with a light gray ash, it is ready for cooking.
- Njikwa okpomọkụ: Use the adjustable vent on the lid to control airflow and thus the cooking temperature. Opening the vent increases airflow and temperature, while closing it reduces both. The integrated thermostat helps monitor the internal temperature.
- Grilling: Place food on the cooking grate. For smoking or indirect grilling, place food away from direct heat and keep the lid closed.
- Ojiji mkpuchi: Keep the lid closed as much as possible to maintain consistent temperature and infuse smoky flavor into your food. The lid can be conveniently hung on the side of the barbecue using its integrated hook.
