- Ensure the chosen location on the conference table has sufficient clearance beneath for the device and cable routing.
- Measure and mark the cutout area on the table surface according to the dimensions provided in the product specifications or the included template. A typical cutout size is approximately 6.7 inches (17 cm) in length and 3.9 inches (10 cm) in width.
- Carefully cut the opening in the table using appropriate tools. Ensure clean edges.
3.2 Ntinye ngwaọrụ
- Insert the BOX4HDECP unit into the prepared cutout from the top of the table.
- From underneath the table, secure the unit using the provided mounting clamps and screws. Tighten the screws until the unit is firmly seated and flush with the table surface.

3.3 Njikọ eriri

4.1 Accessing Ports
To access the input ports, gently press the top panel of the unit. The panel will pop up, revealing the various connectivity options.

The BOX4HDECP automatically detects the most recently connected video source and outputs it to the connected HDMI display. No manual switching is required.

When not in use, gently push down the top panel until it clicks into place, concealing the ports within the table for a tidy appearance.
