If the auto-pause function is activated (can be toggled in the Short Menu), the recording will automatically pause if no speed is detected (e.g., when you stop at a traffic light). Recording resumes automatically when speed is detected again.

While in the 'Training' menu, you can access the Short Menu by simultaneously pressing the BACK/STOP na Banye buttons. This menu allows you to configure various settings quickly:
- Elu: Calibrate the current altitude.
- Favorites A/B: Switch between or configure your preferred display views.
- Load Track: Load a track that has either been ridden previously or saved on the device.
- Track Settings: Adjust settings related to track navigation.
- Target Zone Alarm: Toggle the target zone alarm on or off.
