  2. Position the Food: Carefully place the food item onto the base of the slicer, aligning it with the guides.
  3. Mpekere: Gently but firmly press the top part of the slicer down onto the food. The wires will pass through the food, creating uniform slices.
  4. Remove Slices: Lift the top part of the slicer. The sliced food can then be easily removed. The slicer is provided with a removable tray for waste, which can be emptied as needed.
  5. Tip for Sushi/Dough: For very soft or sticky items like sushi rolls or certain doughs, lightly moistening the cutting wires with water before slicing can help achieve cleaner cuts and prevent sticking.
